Endometriosis MRI Screening for women across the Highlands and Islands will be available via Clinic M in January 2026. MRI is one of the most accurate methods for detecting deep infiltrating endometriosis, adhesions and disease not always visible on ultrasound—making it an excellent first step for women with pelvic pain, severe periods, painful sex, fertility issues or suspected endometriosis.
